Last March 30, 2022, Vasquez Advantage conducted its Annual Town Hall event at The Peninsula Manila Hotel with the theme of 'Onto Our Mission to Innovate and Deliver.' The town hall gave way for the management to communicate the company's goals, values, and status quo. It was a momentous event to celebrate the company’s milestones.
Partners from Vasquez + Company LLP in Los Angeles California, Cristy Canieda and Tonette Santillan shared Vasquez Advantage’s wins throughout the years and exciting plans to look forward to in the future.
The senior leaders further amplified the core competencies of our people. They also reported overwhelmingly positive feedback and appreciation from the clients.
Vasquez Advantage initiated this milestone event to highlight how every employee is an important asset to the company and how together, they can #Believe #Achieve and #Succeed.
Bringin’ the Vasquez Life Around the World

Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay
This past December 3rd, the Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay was transformed into a vibrant melting pot of cultures for Vasquez's year-end party, aptly named "Bringing the Vasquez Life Worldwide: Christmas Around the World." As the first firmwide face-to-face Christmas party since 2020, it was a joyous reunion filled with laughter, creativity, and a touch of global flair.
The evening's theme truly embodied the essence of #VasquezLife, as attendees were transported to the festive traditions of the UK, US, France, Korea, and Japan.
One of the evening's standout moments was the Vasquez Sleigh Ride, where teams dazzled with their runway presentations, showcasing outfits inspired by their assigned countries.
The Holi-slay of the Night competition saw fashion enthusiasts compete for the title of best dressed, adding an extra layer of excitement to the festivities.
The main event, however, was the BRB, Sleigh’in this Holiday Contest. Contestants took us on imaginative virtual tours of their chosen countries through captivating videos, vying for the grand prize of Php 20,000.
The excitement didn't end there, as the raffle prizes, including an Apple Watch as the grand prize, kept everyone on the edge of their seats.
Overall, "Christmas Around the World" was a night to remember, encapsulating the global spirit and camaraderie of the Vasquez team.
Government Training 2022

The Peninsula Hotel Manila
From April 24 to 26, 2022, Vasquez Advantage proudly hosted its annual Government Audit and Single Audit Training at the prestigious Peninsula Hotel Manila.
The 2022 training was particularly significant as it marked our first in-person event since the onset of the global pandemic in 2020. The shift back to in-person learning was a monumental step, signifying a return to normalcy and a renewed commitment to excellence.
For two and a half days, our Audit Team engaged in a series of comprehensive sessions covering a wide array of topics, from recent regulatory changes to best practices in government auditing. These sessions were led by industry experts and seasoned professionals, ensuring that our team received the most up-to-date and relevant information.
Adding to the excitement, the afternoon of August 26 featured a short activity and icebreaker to help participants get to know each other, fostering a sense of community in this first in-person training since 2020. This was followed by the announcement of promotions, a much-anticipated highlight of the event.
We were delighted to welcome our participants to this important event, which proved to be both educational and energizing.
Team Building 2022

Anya Resort Tagaytay
Vasquez Advantage treated its Associate Managers and above to a rejuvenating team- building retreat at the exquisite Anya Resort Tagaytay on April 2-3, 2022. This event was an embodiment of our company’s commitment to creating a relaxed and supportive atmosphere for our team.
The event kicked off with warm introductions, catch-up conversations, and photo sessions, allowing team members to reconnect and engage in meaningful conversations. The relaxation continued with soothing massages that melted away the stress.
As the evening set in, the team gathered for a unique "First Date with Vasquez" activity. This engaging session allowed us to delve deeper into each other's lives and experiences through a series of interesting questions.
The following day, our adventure continued at Tagaytay Highlands, where friendly competition took center stage with a lively bowling game.
Vasquez Advantage’s team-building event at Anya Resort Tagaytay was a testament to our belief in the power of relaxation and connection to enhance workplace harmony.
