Vasquez Advantage recently had the honor of hosting its founder, Gil R. Vasquez, at the town hall. This marked his first in-person attendance, making the event momentous. His presence was both special and inspiring for the attendees. He shared insights into the company’s vision and bright prospects, which instilled a sense of pride among those present. In his address, he emphasized his commitment to a positive and healthy work environment, with the ultimate goal of establishing Vasquez Advantage as an industry leader.
We are also delighted to have our esteemed partners, Cristy, Tonette, Linda, and Roger, who have flown from the United States to attend this significant event. Embracing the theme of “The Vasquez Advantage: Aspire to Inspire,” they generously shared their personal experiences and reflections on why they chose to remain with the Firm and their motivations behind their impactful work.

The town hall meeting came to an uplifting close as the focus shifted to a special recognition ceremony. Venus and Scyla, who have stood by the firm for the past 5 years, were presented with loyalty awards. The loyalty awards not only emphasized the company’s appreciation for its employees but also reinforced the value of long-term commitment and collaboration within the organization.

The year-end party, Moonlit Magic, held on December 4, 2023, at The Blue Leaf Events Pavilion, was an enchanting event that left all attendees spellbound. With its captivating theme of a world filled with twinkles and shimmer, infused with the magic of moonlight, the event truly lived up to its name.
The highlights of the night included an array of exciting activities and prizes that kept the energy high and spirits soaring. Among the 45 raffle prizes, the grand prize was a luxurious 2-day, 1-night stay at the New World Hotel and a Premium Motor Standing Desk. The raffle prizes spanned a variety of categories, including fashion, lifestyle, wellness, relaxation, and work-from-home essentials, ensuring there was something for everyone.
Adding to the evening's glamour, the Moonlight Majesty Award recognized the best- dressed attendees, awarding five winners for their stunning outfits. The night also featured a thrilling dance-off, a 360-video booth to capture memorable moments, and a mobile bar serving up delightful concoctions.
The main event of the evening was the Vasquez Talent Quest, where employees showcased their talents in a spirited competition. The grand prize was a substantial ₱20,000, with the top five winners taking home ₱20,000, ₱15,000, ₱10,000, ₱5,000, and ₱5,000 respectively.
Overall, the Moonlit Magic year-end party was a smashing success. "Moonlit Magic" was more than just a party; it was a celebration of the hard work, dedication, and camaraderie that defines Vasquez Advantage. It brought together the perfect blend of entertainment, glamour, and a touch of magic.
Government Training 2023 & Mini Town Hall

Vasquez Advantage organized a Government Training and Mini Town Hall event as part of their annual industry training for specialized industries. The event, held from April 23 to 25, 2024, at Ascott Hotel in Makati, aimed to benefit participants with varying levels of experience in government audits. Government Audit, being one of Vasquez Advantage's specialties, was a key focus of the training program.
The training spanned two and a half days, providing participants with comprehensive sessions, and ensuring that our audit professionals are well-equipped to handle the complexities of government audits with confidence.
A huge shout-out to the dedicated training facilitators - Paul, Lech, Quennie, Angelo, Ian, Jess, Jim, Rhoda, and Cristy - who devoted their time and expertise to making this training a success!
On the afternoon of April 25, the event transitioned into a Mini Town Hall, themed "Path to Progress Updates." This session aimed to report on the company's progress since the last town hall in 2022. Tenured managers and senior leaders shared their experiences and growth within the firm, providing invaluable insights and inspiration to all attendees. The discussions highlighted the significant milestones achieved, the challenges overcome, and the strategic initiatives that have been implemented to drive the company's success.
The Mini Town Hall also provided an open forum for employees to engage with leadership, ask questions, and share their thoughts. The American Culture Training, facilitated by Janice Balneg, provided an in-depth understanding of American cultural norms, values, and behaviors. Meanwhile, the Performance Feedback session, led by Ces Curameng, delved into our talent management program. On March 24-25, 2023, Vasquez Advantage’s leadership team gathered for a unique team-building event at The Farm at San Benito. This event, attended by Associate Managers and senior leaders, was a departure from the typical team-building activities, focusing instead on wellness and relaxation.
The Farm at San Benito provided a picturesque and tranquil setting for the event. Participants engaged in a range of wellness activities, from rejuvenating yoga sessions and detailed postural assessments to soothing massages and an informative wellness workshop. These activities were designed to promote physical health and mental relaxation, offering a holistic approach to team building.
The event was further enriched by the presence of our founder, who traveled from the US to join the team. His willingness to participate in every activity added a personal and inspirational touch to the retreat. Evening dinners were a highlight, offering a chance for team members to unwind, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed and informal setting.
